Do I need to be experienced in yoga to attend?

The workshop is open to all levels, but it’s best suited for those who have practiced yoga before and are familiar with basic poses. You don’t need to know Rocket Yoga—just come with curiosity and a willingness to learn!

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

Bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and anything else you need to feel comfortable. A notebook is also helpful if you'd like to take notes.

Is this a physically demanding class?

Accepted Answer

Rocket Yoga can be energizing, but modifications will be offered throughout to support all bodies and experience levels. Come as you are!
