Rooftop Yoga Flow &amp; Brunch Glow!If you are looking for a class full of fun, rejuvenation and relaxation, join us on the rooftop at the Canadian Icehouse and practice with us in the sky!Class finishes with refreshing chilled lemongrass towels.After class, relax and enjoy some delicious brunch on the rooftop patio to refuel your body. You also receive a complimentary drink ticket for your beverage of choice (nonalcoholic or alcoholic)! Once we are finished class just grab your table of choice and you will be taken care of!What to bring: a yoga mat, water &amp; block.The class is suitable for all levels with variations/modifications given if needed. Your ticket includes:60min yoga classA complimentary drink of your choice from the Canadian IcehouseFree parking (when you arrive you will a receive a QR code). Details (what to bring, parking, etc):Class starts at 10am. Please arrive around 9:45am so you have time to get settled.What to bring:Yoga matWaterBlock (I have a few extra if you don't have one)Wear layers!!SunglassesSunscreenHat if you're sensitive to the sunParking:I have attached a couple of photos for your reference because there are so many parkades downtown!You will want to park in the Ice District Parkade. The entrance to it is on 103ave...see my attached pic for what it looks like.Parking on the P1A level is great. Yoga came into her life when dealing with chronic stress and burnout so she decided to take a teacher training for personal growth but that quickly turned into teaching and then owning a wellness studio! She has completed numerous trainings including a 500HR YTT, yin yoga, restorative yoga, aroma yoga, trauma sensitive yoga, yoga nidra, movement template, meditation, healthy aging &amp; sound healing. She is the founder of Pigeon Lake Wellness Mobile Studio and offers mobile classes and retreats at a variety of locations at the lake and in Edmonton. She loves supporting others through fun gatherings, connection and in their overall wellness &amp; longevity. She teaches with the hope that she can help others experience the many benefits that come from intentional and functional movement. She is passionate about supporting people in their mobility so that they can maintain their health and independence their entire life. And most importantly that they feel lifted, loved, supported and cared for each time they step on to their mat.
