Abneet Sandhar is a trained classical Indian yoga guide, receiving her 300hr teacher training with Master yoga lineage holder: Maitreyi Yogacharini from theArkayafoundation in 2019.  She is also a Feminine Embodiment Coach receiving Woman's Temple facilitation training withAwakening Womenin 2017, and also is a certified Holistic Nutritionist + Chef.  She is OBSESSED with guiding women back to their inner healing capability and reclaiming inner power.  She knows that the healing of the world takes place as the Sacred Feminine is brought back into balance. A former burlesque model, nude art model and life-long sacred arts dancer,  she encourages women in her practice to enter their bodies more fully in order to show up more deeply in every aspect of their lives; in intimate relating, communication, money and sex.  After years of studying spiritual self- healing techniques, meditation, classical tantric yoga and dance, she brings you  "The Nourished Woman"-- a safe space for women of all walks of life to come together in community to celebrate and express their most honest raw selves. Join FLOAT HOUSE surrey with Abneet Kaur Sandhar, a wellness coach and award-winning embodiment facilitator + authentic lineage yoga teacher for a sublime + relaxing 90 min evening learning ancient Indian breathwork techniques + yogic movements guaranteed to help you feel more relaxed in life and have a more restful sleep. If you have been struggling with stress/anxiety and sleep dysregulation-- this is the perfect place to learn some incredible self-care techniques that you can take home with you. This event is open to all genders and yoga levels. Receive an optional hands-on relaxing gua-sha neck massage during shava-asana during the sound bath :) After 1 hour of breathwork + gentle movement regulating the nervous system, we will close with a divine multi-instrumental sound bath for 30 min. The final 30 minutes are reserved for a private shop for participants.
