Roots and Threads is a drop-in celebration closing out Black Futures Month, inviting community members to reflect on their experiences.

Roots and Threads marks the culminating celebration of Black Futures Month, bringing the community together for an interactive and reflective experience.

This drop-in event invites participants to look back on their journey through Black Futures Month and add their voice to a collective Impact Wall, capturing moments of learning, connection, and inspiration. Through collage, written reflections, and creative expression, attendees can explore what the month has meant to them and how it shapes what comes next.

- Location: The Gathering Space ( 200 King St E. Room 581C)


The space will also feature button-making, an affirmation card station, and light refreshments, creating a warm, welcoming environment for connecting, reflecting, and celebrating together.
