Chelsi is a Personal Trainer and Holistic Health Coach. She has been in practice for over three years now and is a graduate from Fitness and Health Promotion at Conestoga College. Certified through Ontario Fitness Council in Personal Training and Group Training, Precision Nutiriton certified and experienced and trained in Lifestyle Coaching through Conestoga College.She has a passion for natural health and well-being. Chelsi had learned the hard way starting her journey as a very overweight teenager with no motivation and on a very poor path. She quickly fell in love with fitness, nature and taking care of herself which led her to exploring her spirituality and mental health. She is very strong and passionate in what she believes and makes it her goal to inspire others to live their best lives; in the most healthy of ways!

Join us for a day retreat, embracing the crisp autumn air, foraging the final fruits of the season, basking in beautiful sounds and reset.

Five Oaks Retreat Centre

Enjoy a day full of adventure, connection and being fully in the moment.Upon arrival help yourself to some charcuterie snacks and socialize before we ground in.Open with a connecting circle, breathing and smudging to settle into the space and then journey through a foraging hike alongside the river, exploring the forests wonders.Share all your gatherings with your sisters, learn and chat about what you saw, or enjoy some downtime alone for 1.5 hours before Yoga as we prepare dinner for you.Following Yoga we will have a grounding sound bath and then close the event.Option to stay overnight where we will then make tea and make organic face masks relaxing before a campfire.Breakfast is included for overnight stays.
