This all-women’s event brings together runners, walkers, and changemakers for an inspiring experience centered on community, health, and advocacy.<h4>🌸 Event Flow</h4><ul><li>11:30 AM: Arrivals + check-in at Ralia Connections</li><li>11:40 AM: Welcome + introduction to FTG, Power Hub members &amp; Ralia Connections</li><li>11:55 AM: Warm-up for the running group and walking group</li><li>12:05 PM: Run/walk begins (choose your pace: runners or walkers!)</li><li>12:45 PM: Return, cool down, enjoy food + mingling</li><li>1:00 PM: Power Hub presentations &amp; Q&amp;A with our inspiring speaker: Dr. Judy Luu - Women's heart health Cardiologist MUHC</li><li>1:20 PM: Giveaway annoucements!</li></ul><h4>⭐️ Highlights</h4><ul><li>Free event shirts (first 100 participants!)</li><li>Pizza + refreshments + networking</li><li>Inspiring talks &amp; live Q&amp;A</li><li>Exciting Lululemon and Ciele Athletics giveaway prizes for those who've signed up at the END of the event!</li></ul>Come move with purpose, connect with incredible women, and celebrate empowerment through action.
