<p>We've put together a panel of runners with deep ultra running experience to share their training and running tips and tricks.  Specifically designed for Knee Knacker enthusiast and ultra runners wanting to learn from some of the most experienced trail runners around.   Come on down to Forerunners North Vancouver for an evening designed to share information and celebrate the upcoming training and ultimate race in July.  There will be store discounts and door prizes but you must be in attendance to win!! </p>
