Nutrition for Learning is a registered charitable organization first established in 1997 that supports the overall child and youth well-being and the ability to learn by ensuring that every student has the opportunity to attend school well nourished.Nutrition for Learning currently supports 140 programs serving student nutrition programs that impacts over 21,000 children daily. Our dedicated volunteers coordinate student nutrition programs in elementary and secondary schools throughout Waterloo Region.Student Nutrition Programs at school play a major role in building a community of studenets that nurture the potential in each other with healthy food options for any hunger moment and offers an equal chance of success in the classroom for all children and youth.

Covid 19 has put on strain on our community and this year the Nutrition for Learning community breakfast gathering will not be an option for fundraising so Rustico Kitchen and Bar has created a Community Table Series of special opportunities for you to support Nutrition for Learning. The goal is to reach $10,000 to support the Student Nutrition Programs in Waterloo Region. This first in a series of events will be a very special tasting brunch menu with distance protocols in place to ensure everyone can safely enjoy their meal as they support Nutrition for Learning. MENU:<ul><li>Cheese and Pastry Plate </li><li>Heirloom Tomato Caprese Quiche</li><li>Pork Tenderloin Benedict</li><li>Chocolate Hazelnut Waffles</li><li>Caesar or Mimosa</li><li>Coffee / Tea</li></ul>Entertainment by JUNEYTPlease note due to dining distancing and very limited seating we are only selling tables of 4 at specific timed seating for this event.
