Sacred Dance - an evening of connection, movement, music, restoration, and expression •what to expect•-Free Flow Dance with DJ -Some group prompts to stay connected throughout our dance, -Sound Bath to rest and integrate -Sharing circle - bring a song, poem, or talent to share…(if you’d like!) There will be some home made chocolate and tea! All are welcome, just as you are This is a sacred dance with yourself to find what feels good in your body. Your dance can be slow and soft, or wild and weird. There is no right or wrong The practice is to let go of judgement and not to think about how we look We look forward to sharing this special evening with you! WHAT TO BRING-mug for tea-anything to help you feel comfy and cozy for the sound bath. (Bolsters, blankets, and yoga mats are provided but you may like a thicker mat)-water bottle-dress comfortably in layers-instruments (optional)
