Magalie R Bazinet is a multidisciplinary and bilingual actress of Toronto. She trained at Mode é Arto Acting School in Québec and obtained a post-secondary diploma in Language-Arts, Theatre at Cégep de Limoilou. Since her living in Toronto, she trained at George Brown Theatre School, Armstrong Studios and also studies Meisner technique in Los Angeles as The Acting Corps. Throughout her childhood, she trained in ballet, hip-hop, jazz and modern dance for over 10 years and has been training in gymnastics for now 18 years. Moreover, she was coached in classical and contemporary vocal arts by Manon Lefrançois and is currently doing accent work with Dorothy Ward. She is also a huge fan of poetry slam and performs often at Franc'Open mic. Her credits include many theatre plays, short films, commericals, corporate and music videos.Her directing credits include Les Papillons de nuit (Les Indisciplinés de Toronto), Boeing Boeing (Scuderia Productions) andSanctuary by Emil Sher which she also produced. Magalie obtained a grant fromOntario Arts Councilto produce and direct Les Murs ont des Yeux and is very excited to share her love of theatre through the Walls...
