Join your SCDECE local in an evening of Mindfulness!
We will be learning about bringing Mindfulness into our classrooms from Sherri Coulson! 
We will also be participaing in yoga training to use in the classroom with our students.
 
Please dress in yoga attire and bring a yoga mat.
