Two-Day Systematic Review Workshop

About this Event

The two day workshop will feature Dr. Nancy Santesso, Deputy Director of Cochrane Canada and Assistant Professor at McMaster University.

Workshop objectives:

  • Overview of systematic reviews
  • Defining the research question
  • Searching the literature
  • Data collection
  • Risk of bias
  • Interpreting and presenting results and communication to different audiences

The target audience for this workshop includes individuals interested in learning how to conduct a Systematic Review. Participants will need to bring their own laptop and download specific software. More information will be provided closer to the workshop.

Additional Workshop details:

  • Food: coffee, tea and water will be provided throughout the workshop. A light snack will be served in the mornings and afternoon. Lunch will be provided on Friday and Saturday.
