Join us in transforming perspectives about chronic illness and the way we manage it, to celebrate the greatness in ordinary accomplishments that patients face everyday.

We are honored to have Margaret Trudeau, celebrated Canadian and mental-health advocate, as our keynote speaker, sharing her personal stories to remind others of the importance of nurturing the body, mind, and spirit.
