Self Care Catalysts

People living with chronic illnesses often face a different set of challenges – challenges that are not necessarily just physiological or medical in nature. The less palpable aspects of everyday life with a chronic illness are often left unspoken about.
Join us in transforming perspectives about chronic illness and the way we manage it, to celebrate the greatness in ordinary accomplishments that patients face everyday.
With the Self-Care Movement Summit, we want to educate and provide practical advice to people diagnosed with chronic illnesses on how they can transform the seemingly ordinary activities of daily life into avenues for empowerment.
We are honored to have Margaret Trudeau, celebrated Canadian and mental-health advocate, as our keynote speaker, sharing her personal stories to remind others of the importance of nurturing the body, mind, and spirit.
