<h4>Workshop Description:</h4><p>Do you work in a community setting supporting individuals, families, and/or groups? </p><p>Boost your well-being in this interactive workshop focused on recognizing and addressing your self-care needs through discussions and hands-on activities. Participants will gain practical tools to build a healthier and more resilient self.</p><p><br></p><h4>Who is this workshop for?</h4><p>Open to Indigenous and non-Indigenous participants working with local agencies (i.e., social services and community organizations).</p><p><br></p><h4>Cost:</h4><p>No cost to attend. <strong><strong>Donations to the Food Bank are welcome.</strong></strong></p><p><br></p><h4>Registration:</h4><p>Limited spots are available - register early!</p><p>Limit to a maximum of 3 persons per organization.</p><p><br></p><h4>Contact:</h4><p>Please reach out to Robyn at robyn-scott@ncsa.ca or Rocky at rocky-ward@ncsa.ca for any questions regarding this workshop.</p>
