This is an interactive workshop for women who would like to improve their self-confidence. 

We will discuss what psychology suggests in this area. The participants may also share their thoughts and experience depending on their comfort level. The purpose of this session is to support and empower women in a safe space. A Canadian certified counsellor will facilitate this workshop.
