Self-Discovery Workshop
A grounded, two day self‑discovery workshop for real people: explore your story, shift old patterns, and reconnect with your own direction.
Gwen Fox Art Gallery
Limited to 12 participants to keep the workshop grounded, personal, and easy to follow.
March 21 & 22 Workshop: Stories, Symbols & Self‑Discovery
Saturday + Sunday - What We’ll Do
Saturday Evening (6:30 - 9:00pm)
- A comfortable, easy‑going start to the weekend with a guided activity that helps you pull out the sensory details of a memory or dream you’ll revisit on Saturday to better understand what your inner world is sharing with you.
- A short, engaging talk about how the stories we carry shape what we notice and how we make sense of things, plus a few useful new terms that help put words to experiences many people already have; because What You Can’t Identify, You’ll Never Find
Sunday Morning (9:30am-Noon)
- A guided session that mixes short storytelling with two simple, hands‑on reflection activities.
- Through individual and group prompts, you’ll get a clearer sense of your strengths, what matters most to you, and how you naturally move through the world.
Sunday Afternoon (1:00-3:00pm)
- A movement‑based exercise to help you feel your intuition in real time.
- A look at how symbols and colour communicate meaning in ways we often sense before we think.
- A guided decoding of the dream or memory you captured Friday evening, so you leave with clarity and a deeper sense of what your inner self is trying to tell you.
No sharing required. No pressure. Just curiosity and insight.
Who It’s For
Anyone who wants to understand themselves better, make clearer choices, or reconnect with their inner sense of “what feels right.”
You’ll Leave With
- A clearer sense of what drives you
- A grounded way to interpret symbols and memories
- A stronger connection to your intuition
- A feeling of orientation and steadiness
If you aren't quite ready to jump right in, and just want to get your feet wet...
If you chose to purchase 'Saturday evening only' tickets, and by the end of the evening decide you'd like to join Sunday as well, speak with me and we can get you a spot for Sunday for the ticket price difference.
