The Shatter the Silence campaign will host four unique events to support care and research at The Royal Mental Health Centre. Our goals are to raise awareness, break stigmas and promote public conversation about mental health. Help us #shatterthesilence!

Come to the "SereniTEA Café" to support The Royal Mental Health Centre on July 23 from 11 to 2 p.m. at Algonquin College's Student Commons in Building E. 1385 Woodroffe Avenue Ottawa, Ontario K2G 1V8Savour coffee, tea, pastries, and fresh fruit as you discover Algonquin College's services and strategies for helping individuals in need.Take advantage of venting tables, where you can write down confessions to promote healing and build a community that is supportive of mental health awareness.Join us in shattering the silence around mental health. Let's come together to show our support for those struggling and promote open conversations about mental health.
