setit: setting goals + setting mindsets

It’s going to be a great year for all us grown ass women. We can feel it.

Reaching for what you want this year is about the goals and commitment. It’s also about mindset.

In a half day workshop, we’re going to think deep about what you will commit to this year and how you’re going to develop the mindset to achieve these goals.
Intention is one thing. Mindset is another.
You’re important. Your goals and commitments to yourself are important. Let’s work on this together.
Here’s what happening on February 23:
Mindfulness: To start our day, we’re going to be lead through a mindfulness practice to help set the right tone for our work together. This is a chance for you to put everything aside and focus on yourself. How often do you do that?
In partnership with Sattva School of Yoga
Vision + Goals: You will be guided through a hands on visioning and goal setting session based on lululemon’s teachings. We’re getting an insider’s perspective on how personal visions and goals (any and all) are taught and followed through on at lululemon.
In partnership with ivivva by lululemon
Strength is the Key: You have one body. Take care of it. Strengthen and condition it. Make time for it. Without it, you’re nothing. It’s really that simple. You will be guided through a discussion, including tips and advice, on how to put your body first. Each and every day. For your entire life.
In partnership with Achieve Personal Training Studio
Eat your Values: What you put in your mouth each day matters. A lot. You’ll get some clear, cut the BS information and ideas on how to treat your mind and body when it comes to what you eat.
In partnership with SPUD + Blush Lane
Also….
We want to learn from real people who have incredibly strong mindsets. We’re going to hear incredible stories from people who have overcome significant challenges, have risen up, set goals, moved forward, and have/are striving for greatness.

Can't wait to see you on February 23.
