SHAPE UP classes are open to all levels and focus on your mind and body wellness! Registration is required, walk-ins are not permitted.

TO BE PREPARED FOR CLASS, BRING:

• Yoga mat (required)
• Water bottle
• A big smile and positive spirit!

NOTE

• If you are feeling unwell, do not join the class.
• Registration is required. No walk-in's permitted.
• Classes can accommodate up to 20 guests.
• This class is indoors, located on the Lower Level next to Daniadown.
• You must bring your own equipment- if you forget your yoga mat, you will not be permitted to take the class.
• We do not allow for multiple no-shows.
• If you are unable to attend a class you registered for, please email guestservices@thecityoflougheed.com to cancel your booking to allow someone else to use the spot.

• Sufficient information has been provided by The City of Lougheed with respect to SHAPE UP - Yoga Flow.
• Certain risks of injury are inherent when participating in activities in SHAPE UP - Yoga Flow. These types of injuries may be minor or serious and may result from one's actions or the actions or inaction of others, or a combination of both.
• The owners of The City of Lougheed and Shape Property Management Corp. (together the "Released Parties") are not responsible for any injuries or lost items resulting from your participation in this activity and you hereby release the Released Parties from any present or future claims that you or your successors may have, or any liability relating thereto, arising from your participation in SHAPE UP - Yoga Flow.
