Sharing Dance in Calgary

Through Sharing Dance, Canada's National Ballet School (NBS) aims to improve access to quality dance education for the health of all Canadians. NBS is committed to demonstrating the relevance of dance to improving quality of life.

Join us for an afternoon of family fun, creative movement and dance – all ages and abilities welcome! No experience required! 
Canada's National Ballet School’s Sharing Dance is offering an afternoon of free and engaging dance activities for participants of all ages. The event will take place on Sunday, October 22nd, from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. This is a great chance to get some exercise and have fun so gather your family, friends, neighbours, and coworkers and get dancing!
Event Schedule 
1:00 - 2:30 – Seniors Dance Workshop
1:00 - 2:30 – Creative Movement for Families  
Everyone will have the chance to come together at the end of the workshops and share what they’ve learned. Light refreshments will also be served.
