Who can attend this class?

Accepted Answer

SHI is a movement practice for many bodies. No dance experience is needed. Explore gently and meditatively, or through impulse, momentum, and dynamic movement. Listening to your body and making choices in the moment brings the practice to life. Open to adults 18+.

Question 2

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

Wear clothing you feel comfortable moving in and bring a water bottle. SHI can be practiced in socks, sneakers, or barefoot.

Where can I find parking?

Accepted Answer

Parking is limited in the area, and the studio does not have its own parking. Nearby parking is available at Chinatown Centre (approximately a 6-minute walk) and Dragon City Mall (approximately a 4-minute walk).
