Since its inception, the Tacofino brand has been celebrated for its trademark fusion of sun-dappled, surf-centric spirit and quality, fresh and affordable fare with an environmental, nutritional and social conscience. This session featuring Abdallah &#x27;Dallah&#x27; El Chami of Superbaba will focus on the impact of COVID-19 on the restaurant community and what opportunities the pandemic highlighted for making restaurant workplaces better.This Q&amp;A session will explore unfair workplace practices that are normalized within the industry and how they perpetuate systemic issues. Additionally, this session will explore the benefits of creating a fair workplace, the work that is required, and how to move from good intentions to good impact.Speaker Bio: Dallah is the co-owner of Superbaba, a modern middle eastern quick service restaurant and avid supporter of the food &amp; beverage industry in BC.
