<H2>Join us at our new Waterloo office for a screening of CODE, followed by a panel discussion with local women in tech from the KW region.</H2>
CODE documentary exposes the dearth of American female and minority software engineers and explores the reasons for this gender gap.  CODE raises the question: what would society gain from having more women and minorities code? Doors  open at 5:30pm, food and drinks will be served. Opening remarks begin at 6:30pm, which will include a keynote talk from <A HREF="https://www.linkedin.com/in/2xbass" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Adrian Cho</A>, Shopify's Director of Getting Shit Done. The panel discussion include prominent individuals from the KW tech community, and will run from 8:00pm-9:00pm, with door prize winners announced at 9:00pm. 
Everyone is welcome. For the positive changes to occur within the tech community to move forward in the diversity space, the dialogue around this topic must be inclusive and representative of the industry.
