This webinar goes beyond the headlines to help you make an informed decision about the vaccine by looking at the actual published studies on the Covid vaccine. You&#x27;ll learn what the actual study says about the vaccine&#x27;s components, safety and effectiveness, and what role a healthy lifestyle might play in vaccine conversation.Examples of some of the questions we will seek to explore are:<ul><li> I want to be responsible in my approach to the vaccine. What would that look like?</li><li> When you hear that the Pfizer vaccine is very safe, what does that actually mean? What were the actual definitions and outcome measures used in the study?</li><li> It is being reported as &gt; 95% efficacy. What does that mean?</li><li> Did the Pfizer study show reduced viral transmission with vaccination?</li><li> The study reported adverse events after vaccination. What were those?</li><li> The study lasted for several months. What does this tell us about the safety of the vaccine?</li><li> How many lives did the vaccine save in the study?</li><li> Does a healthy lifestyle have any role in the vaccine conversation?</li></ul>

His practices focuses on using science-based lifestyle medicine for the prevention, treatment and reversal of chronic diseases.
