<p>This presentation will focus on the birdlife, mammals and landscape of Sichuan, China, with notes on various other aspects of life in the province.</p><p>Rudolf has been a birder since early childhood in the Netherlands. After arriving in Winnipeg in late 1968, he immediately became part of the local birding community. Since that time he had led many Nature Manitoba bird outings, conducted workshops, led birding tours for Eagle-Eye Tours and was instrumental in the publication of a number of checklists, bird-finding guides and the completion of The Birds of Manitoba, which he illustrated.</p>
