Your favourite community movement series is back now on the Sunshine Coast! MOVEMENT + COFFEE Pop up Community Yoga Class. Early Risers Club: Tuesday April 14th @7-8:15am. Tix include 1 complementary coffee / tea beverage of choice. We get it, you've got a full life to leaf, so take your coffee to go after class, or stick around to yap with community + meet some new pals. The Finer Details:Doors will open, 15minutes before class starts. Please arrive @ least 5 minutes early, so we can start class on time. Bring your own water bottle + yoga mat. All levels welcome. Bring a friend, double the endorphins. A new initiative "The Presence Project" curated by Funcitonal Movement Teacher + Community Educator Laura Darcy, is all about creating more moments of meaningful connection in unexpected places.
