What happens if I miss a session?

Unfortunately, refunds are not available for missed sessions, but you are welcome to join the next class.

How many spots are available?

Spots are limited to 12 participants per class, so early registration is encouraged.

Will there be more classes in the future?

Yes! This is a biweekly event, and we plan to continue based on interest and participation.

Can I bring my child to the class?

This class is designed as a women-only (18+) space to ensure a focused and relaxing environment. We kindly ask that children not be brought to the sessions.
