Bachandeep is a certified Hatha, Prenatal and Kundalini yoga teacher. She studied in India with Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa and brings the miraculous and soulful Kundalini Yoga to Campbell River. She believes that we can all live awakened, conscious lives and that is part of our life's purpose to reclaim our birth right, ecstacy.Ecstacy is our original primal energy. Shed all your labels, walls and illusions, and what remains is ecstacy.

You're invited to join an exclusive coven of women meeting each new moon for 6 moons to celebrate, remember and honour their true nature.

Each new moon from January through June we will gather virtually to:- sit in circle as sisters,- engage in sacred rituals,- share our experiences as they relate to our menstrual rhythms,- meditations to strengthen intuition,- womb awakening,- oracle practices, - visioning work for the cycle ahead, and- learn quiet introspective practices.You will receive:- your own deck of oracle cards,- tea bundles for each phase of your cycle,- cycle tracker with instructions,- journal prompts for deepening reflection,- mini menstrual cycle awareness booklet,- experience of spiritual sisterhood.There are only 13 spot available. Option to upgrade to receive personalized 1:1 support and mentorship around your personal awakening, intuition and relating to your menstrual cycle. This includes monthly 1:1 meetings.
