The Vancouver Fruit Tree Project Society is dedicated toharvesting and sharing neighbourhood fruit. The Vancouver Fruit Tree Project is a non-profit society. Our volunteers harvest extra fruit from backyard fruit trees and share it with community groups. We are now in our 20th year of operation and have picked over 60,000 pounds of fruit to distribute at local community centres, neighbourhood houses, daycares and more. Volunteers make these food recovery and community building efforts possible; learn more about the opportunities to get involvedhere.
