Join us for Snow-ga, the practice of combining yoga poses and breathing techniques in an outdoor winter setting. Bring your winter gear and come enjoy an all-levels, all-ages outdoor yoga class. Most poses will be done standing, for those requiring accessible poses, please bring a folding chair and a blanket.
Participants meet at the Splash Pad in Bowring Park. The class will take place in the adjacent field.
All ages and skill levels welcome. This is a free City of St. John&#x27;s ChillFest event.
