You’ll be seated on comfortable Japanese tatami mats in a climate-controlled space, though feel free to bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and cushion if you prefer.This will be a deeply soothing and vibrant experience with crystal Mercaba, singing bowls, Koshi chimes, rain sticks, and a blend of shamanic, handpan, and ocean drums. <h4>Contribution volontaire</h4>Une donation entre 5 $ et 25 $ est bienvenue pour soutenir les frais.Vous serez accueillis sur de confortables tatamis japonais, dans un espace climatisé mais tu peux aussi apporter un tapis de yoga, une couverture et un coussin si possible.Une expérience vibrante et apaisante avec Mercaba de crystal, bols chantants, Koshi Chimes, batons de pluie, chamanique/hand pan/ocean - drums <h3>Guidée par Lyne, fondatrice de Body Space Temple.</h3>Une parenthèse de douceur et de simplicité, offerte à tous.
