Come join me for my monthly sound bath at Zen House Yoga!

Join me for my monthly sound bath at Zen House Yoga Studio!

Enter a deep state of relaxation, activating your parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest), allowing your mind and body to enter a deeply restorative state.

This class does not require any prior experience.

The session will begin with a  brief guided meditation followed by a relaxing soundscape created with crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other soothing instruments.

What to know/to bring:

  • Yoga mat
  • You will be lying on mats for most of the session so we recommend bring anything that will help make you comfortable for our time together (blankets, pillows, eye pillow)
  • bottle of water
  • Wear comfy clothing - think sleepover party :)
  • Please be advised that incense may be used to cleanse the space before and during sessions. Guests with sensitivities are encouraged to inform the facilitator in advance

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start time to settle in. We kindly ask that you be respectful of the time and space allotted for your session. Doors are locked after the start time to ensure that all participants present get an uninterrupted sound session.
