Sound Meditation: Total Lunar Eclipse

Sound Meditation: Total Lunar Eclipse

YaletownVancouver, BC
Monday, Mar 2 from 7 pm to 8 pm
Overview

Guided meditation with a sound bath crystal instruments, and original music.

This Sound Meditation is held during the Total Lunar Eclipse, a period traditionally associated with release and emotional integration. Lunar eclipses often bring heightened awareness, making them an ideal time to slow down and allow the nervous system to settle.

The session combines guided meditation, live voice, crystal instruments, and original music composed for this session. Carefully structured tones and frequency support the body in moving toward slower brainwave activity, helping participants enter the hypnagogic state, the natural threshold between waking and sleep where thinking softens and deeper restoration becomes accessible.

Sound and attention work together to quiet mental activity, allowing accumulated tension and overstimulation to gradually release. Many participants experience a depth of calm and clarity that can be difficult to access through rest alone.

This particular session focuses on letting go of what has completed its cycle while creating space for nervous system reset and integration during the eclipse window.

About the Total Lunar Eclipse

On the night of March 2 into the early morning of March 3, 2026, a Total Lunar Eclipse, often called a Blood Moon, will be visible across western North America, including Vancouver. During this time, the Earth moves directly between the Sun and Moon, casting its shadow across the lunar surface and turning the Moon a deep red tone.

Lunar eclipses have long been associated with periods of reflection and release. It often brings clarity and a natural turning point before moving forward into a new phase.

This gathering aligns with that moment of pause and recalibration, supporting rest and nervous system reset as the lunar cycle reaches its peak.
