Mariya Garnet

Soundbath+ is a series of monthly sound healing events with foundation in sound healing AND MORE! During each event we offer a different intention and inspiration for our gathering and we also feature guest practitioners and our community members' healing skills, making it a collaborative experience by ourselves for ourselves. WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?  Soundbath is an experience where specifically tuned instruments are used for creation of deep state of relaxation, harmonizing our bodies and minds. It is a journey guided by sound, which takes you into a meditative or entranced state where deep emotional processing and release can occur, deep-seated stress can be released and the spirit can travel unobstructed. 
FEBRUARY 8 . Soundbath + (Music) This will be the last Sounbath event before I go on a maternity leave from any events until Fall 2019. To celebrate a great year of Sounbath Events and expansion of our musical family, my partner Slava D. will be joining Masha and I in creating a richer soundscape for our journey. Expect MORE SOUND! 
 
VENUE:
Our venue can host 13 guests, making this a small and intimate event. Depending on the group size and individual consent, healing work will be performed on participants. TO PARTICIPATE: Bring a yoga mat to lie on and a light blanket to cover yourself. A small pillow and eye mask (or eye pillow) could also be beneficial, but not essential.
