<h4><strong><strong>Two chances to join a group session this Spring!</strong></strong></h4><h4><strong><strong>Next Date is Sunday May 24th, at 4 pm.</strong></strong></h4><p><br></p><p><strong><strong>This workshop is a bit of a fusion between both Part 1 and Part 2 of the Nutritional Freedom Course.</strong></strong> It will focus on spring detox season (aka liver season), natural protocols you can do at home, integrative medicine practices, and ways that one can get more in touch with their bodies wisdom to heal.</p><p><strong><strong>Each participant will get 3 organic cold-pressed juices to take-home, each in a 500 ml glass jar. (1 green, 1 purple, 1 red)</strong></strong></p><p><br></p><h4><strong><strong>What to expect:</strong></strong></h4><p>Get expert summarized scientific knowledge of how our detox organs operate and how they are under stress in this modern day age of toxin overload.</p><p>Each participant is going to get step-by-step intructions of how to begin a 1-week spring detox at-home. They will be able to communicate through a whatapp group created for the purpose of mutual support and accountability.</p><p><br></p><h4><strong><strong>What you will learn:</strong></strong></h4><ul><li>An overview of the different types of toxins and pollutants that effect the environment and our health</li><li>An overview of how our detox organs function, and what types of chronic issues arise when they are overloaded or weak</li><li>How yeast overgrowth and parasites cause havoc in our bodies and contribute to further toxic burdens</li><li>Ancient natural practices based from the intellicence of our bodies, the science of life (aka Ayurveda), and experts in the field of natural medicine.</li><li>How to increase natural immunity and lymphatic flow</li><li>Everyday practices that work to maintain good body terrain to help avoid future issues from arising.</li></ul><p><br></p><h4>Join the movement to a healthier and happier humanity.
