Spring Equinox Ecstatic Dance

Class description:- B﻿ody Warm up. Beth will lead the class from head to toe warming up to free form movement as well as setting intention in the mind to begin to let go of fear or expectation. 15 minutes in length.- The dance. A wave of curated music that starts at a soft space. Easing the tempo and rhythms song by song into a heightened state so the dancer is able to connect and gain momentum in the journey. We'll find a breaking point in the middle of the wave of music and then start to descend into the 'other side' of being. The final song will bring the group into a resting space that is supported and held. Total 1 hr in length.-﻿ Stillness and quiet reflection with a closing meditation. Up to 10 minutes.

St Paul's Centre

Welcome to the Spring Equinox Ecstatic Dance at St Paul's Centre with. Get ready to dance the night away on March 13, 2026 at 7:00 PM (Eastern Time). Join us for a magical evening filled with rhythm, movement, and positive vibes. Let's celebrate the arrival of spring together in a joyful and free-spirited atmosphere. No experience necessary - just bring your energy and an open heart. Facilitated by Beth"B" McKean of Sacred Design Healing.March's theme will be honouring the coming of Spring. As well, we will be dancing with the Fire Horses energy of 2026.Please dress in loose comfortable clothing you can move and groove in. Bring a water bottle and a open heart. Barefoot dancing is highly recommended. This is a wood floor. Yoga mat optional for end of class.Enter at the Peter st enterance at St Pauls and walk downstairs. Movement room will be located on the left just past the doors at the bottom of the stairs. Looking forward to seeing you on the dancefloor.See you on the dance floor!
