Spring Equinox Sound Bath
A 90-minute Equinox sound journey to restore balance, calm the body, and step into spring aligned and renewed.
The Spring Equinox marks a sacred turning point — a moment of perfect balance between light and dark.
From here forward, the light grows.
This is a seasonal threshold. A quiet yet powerful shift. An invitation to release the density of winter and gently welcome renewal.
Inside the beautiful, resonant space of St. Matthew’s Church, you’ll be guided through a 90-minute immersive sound bath designed to recalibrate the nervous system, restore inner balance, and support intentional alignment as we step into spring.
Crystal singing bowls and layered harmonic tones will fill the cathedral-like acoustics, creating waves of sound that move through the body — softening tension, clearing stagnation, and opening space for what is ready to bloom.
As brainwaves slow and the body shifts out of fight-or-flight, many participants experience:
• deep physical relaxation
• emotional release
• improved sleep in the days following
• reduced stress and anxiety
• renewed clarity and grounded intention
This is more than relaxation.
It is a seasonal reset.
A conscious crossing into the light.
