Move, sip, and reset with us at our Spring Pilates & Matcha event the perfect way to welcome the new season and recharge your body and mind.

We’ll start with an energizing all-levels Mat Pilates class focused on strength, balance, and flow. After class, stay for a matcha or latte of your choice by Café Apéro, connect with other wellness lovers, and soak in those fresh spring vibes.

To help us prepare the drinks in advance, you’ll be asked to select your drink when registering. Your choice will appear in the sign-up form so Café Apéro can have everything ready for the group.

To top it off, one lucky guest will win a special giveaway to keep their Pilates journey going this season.
