How the Event Works

The evening is structured as 4 rounds of mentoring sessions, each lasting 25 minutes.

During each round, you'll be seated with 2 mentors ( 4 attendees total) creating an intimate setting where you can ask questions, get advice, and learn from experienced industry professionals, so make sure you pick the conversations most relevant to your interests, goals, and career path.

Important: Sessions Fill Up Quickly

Each session is limited to 4 attendees maximum, and mentor tables are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

While we'll do our best to accommodate everyone's preferences, some mentor sessions will fill up quickly. Completing the form early gives you the best chance of being placed with your preferred mentors.

On Event Day

When you arrive, we'll direct you to your first mentor session.

After that, the evening will work much like speed dating:

• Attend your 25-minute session
• Rotate to your next assigned mentor table when time is called
• Repeat for all 4 rounds

You'll receive a schedule showing your mentor assignments and room locations.

Tip: Make note of your room numbers when you receive your schedule. After your first session, you'll be responsible for finding your next mentor room during each rotation.
