Overview

Awakening Your Strength, Flexibility, Mobility and Structural Balance. Six Tuesdays 7-9 pm Start March 24

When the nerves wake up

Muscles remember their job

Posture finds its home

Spring Power Movement, like the season of Spring, is a natural way and time for renewal — a chance to wake up your body, refresh your energy and move with greater ease and resilience.

In this six-week series, Eldon Wingay RMT, offers you a practical and experiential approach to restore your strength, mobility and alignment.

YOU will feel better, move better, get stronger faster and live longer with the unique Spring Power Movement method.

Drawing from decades of experience in Qigong, structural alignment principles, bodywork and therapeutic movement, Eldon teaches you a distinctive modern approach.

Spring Power Movement integrates functional Qigong-Yoga, Active Isometrics (AI) - meaning active isometric technique, NeuroMyoFascial Principles, SpeedStrength, SpeedMobility, Tendon Strengthening, and Energetic Cultivation.

During the series, participants will learn a foundational sequence of twelve combined standing forms.

They are designed to support your structural alignment, nervous system regulation and whole-body coordination.

This movement practice emphasizes balanced tension without strain, helping your body develop strength, elasticity, and internal support while improving posture and your freedom of movement.

Each class includes approximately one hour of guided group practice, with time before and after for questions, individual feedback, and informal consultation.

This series is ideal for those seeking to move more comfortably, reduce stiffness and deepen body awareness.

This is time to explore and acquire a powerful yet accessible internal strength practice rooted in both tradition and modern understanding.

Come reshape your body and help YOURSELF to feel better, move better, get stronger faster and live longer starting March 24, 2026.
