This sound bath is a space to let go of old attachments, outdated versions of yourself, and anything you carried through last year that no longer fits. Think of this as an energetic reset - purging all the dank energy you’ve been holding onto. Through sound frequency, intention, + stillness, you’ll soften, clear, and create space for the newBring: a yoga mat and a blanket (blanket is optional) or anything that will maximize the coziness of your experience.
