No — this series is designed to help you build the foundational strength, coordination, stability, and mind-body awareness needed for standing balance work. Exercises will include beginner-friendly progressions and options suitable for different experience levels.

Absolutely. These workshops are open to all levels, including people newer to yoga, balance training, or mindful movement practices.

What should I bring?

Please bring water and wear comfortable clothing you can move easily in. You may also wish to bring a yoga mat or towel depending on the location and weather conditions.

Are there any contraindications?

This workshop may not be suitable for those experiencing acute injuries, recent surgeries, severe balance disorders, dizziness/vertigo, or conditions that significantly affect mobility or stability. Please consult your healthcare provider if you’re unsure whether this practice is appropriate for you
