Build strength, steadiness, and confidence with specific drills to strengthen your foundation for everyday movement and advanced yoga poses.

Standing Balance Workshop Series 🌿

These small-group workshops will explore balance from the ground up — beginning with foundational drills and gradually integrating balance into yoga postures and dynamic movement.

Whether you’re newer to balance work or looking to deepen your practice, this series offers a supportive space to move mindfully, improve stability, and challenge yourself in a grounded and approachable way.

Wednesdays | 6:30–7:15 PM
June 3, 10 & 17, 24 2026

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and get oriented.

📅 General Breakdown ( customized on the day to participants)

• June 3 — Balance Foundations 101
Foundational standing balance drills, foot stability, posture, focus, and nervous system awareness.

• June 10 — Progressive Standing Balance
More advanced standing balance exercises, coordination challenges, transitions, and strength-based balance work.

• June 17 — Balance in Yoga Practice
Applying standing balance principles into yoga postures, movement patterns, and mindful flow.

• June 17 — Balance in Dynamic movements
We will end our workshop series with a recap and flow of dynamic movements that integrate what we've learned.

• Single Workshop Drop-In: $15
• Full 4-Week Series: $50
(save $10 when registering for all 4)

If you are thinking about a drop in, send me a message, and I'll share the exact meet up location.

Following this workshop, there will be a mindfulness meditation session that starts at 7:30 PM in the same location. You're welcome to join that as well.


🌦️ Weather / Space Notes

This workshop may take place outdoors depending on conditions and location availability. Please dress comfortably and bring layers if needed.

If outdoors, participants may wish to bring:
• Water
• A yoga mat or towel
• Comfortable layers
