Five years ago, our lives changed forever.
My wife was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia and needed a stem cell transplant to survive. Her life was saved by a complete stranger — someone who took just a few minutes to do a simple cheek swab and say yes to becoming a donor.
Because of that one selfless decision, she’s here today. A wife. A mom. A survivor.
That’s why this event matters so much to our family.
We’re partnering with Canadian Blood Services to host a Stem Cell Swab Drive, making it easy for people in our community to join the stem cell registry.

What to expect:
• No needles
• No blood
• Just a quick cheek swab
• Takes only a few minutes
Who can register:
• Ages 17–35
• In good general health
