Experience the sights and stories of Steveston’s colourful past on an interactive, guided walking tour that includes samples of old-time flavours—such as seafood chowder from local favourite Pajo's Fish & Chips and a craft beer from Steveston’s Britannia Brewing.
 The tour stops at four celebrated historic attractions: •    Britannia Shipyards National Historic Site •    Steveston Tram •    Steveston Museum •    Gulf of Georgia Cannery National Historic Site
 2019 tours take place on Saturdays from 2:00pm - 5:00pm on the following dates: •    September 14 •    October 5 
 
Save up to $10 per ticket.  
Purchase two tickets for $115 (savings of $7.50 per ticket) and four tickets for $220 (savings of $10 per ticket). Prices exclude GST. 
 
FAQs
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
19 years due to alcohol being served during the tour.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Free parking is available at Britannia Shipyards NHS for the duration of the tour.
Is this tour suitable for people who use mobility devices? 
There is very limited accessibility due to the nature of our heritage buildings. An accessible bus will transfer all guests between Britannia Shipyards National Historic Sites and the Steveston Tram, however the tour includes travel across wood boardwalks, gravel paths and stairs leading into some historic sites.  
What if I have allergies or dietary restrictions?
Please note there are no alternatives to the food tastings that will be served throughout the route, and offerings may change without notice.
What should I wear to the tour?
Please wear suitable clothing and footwear as parts of the tour require walking short distances and standing for an extended period.
What happens if it rains?
The tour will run rain or shine. If it rains, we will provide umbrellas so you can stay nice and dry.

What's the refund policy?
A full refund from time of booking up to 7 days prior to selected tour start date. If you cancel less tan 7 days prior to the selected tour start date, no refund will be issued. 
No refunds for cancellation 6 days or less prior to selected tour start date.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes - or show us your ticket on your smartphone.  
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Please contact us if you would like to transfer your ticket to someone other than the original registrant.
