Stop Motion Animation Workshop

The Student Art Innovation Lab is a new community outreach program run by UWaterloo fine and performing arts students. Programming centres around our newly restored and renovated vintage Airstream trailer that will operate as a mobile workshop and exhibition space.The Canadian Clay and Glass Gallery is a long-standing site of excellence and a destination for contemporary art for international tourists and regional citizens. We present critically-acclaimed exhibitions that challenge ideas and perceptions of the definitions of art, craft and design today. With an emphasis on Canadian artists, our exhibitions also support international artists. Our Gallery Shop is recognized on its own merits as a fine craft gallery, showing the best of Canadian ceramic and glass work.

Learn how to make stop motion animation!
Sign up for this FREE 2-day workshop where you will learn the basics of stop motion animation. 
The workshop will take place Wednesday August 9th 11:00 am to 2:00 pm & Thursday August 10th 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.
There are 16 spaces available in total. Registration is required.
Ages: 13+
Materials will be supplied.
