What is the refund policy

Cancellation 2+ weeks prior to the event ( Sept 20th): Full Refund Notice of cancellation 1 week prior to the event (Sept 27th): Full Credit the whole amount paid minus any fees incurred will be available for credit to next year's convention. Notice of cancellation within 1 week - No refund
