Description
Do you want to get a better handle on your stress? By the way, you're not the only one who struggles at times. And, it's important to recognize that stress can arise from all sorts of life situations. For me, it's most difficult when I am:
- Lacking direction and clarity in my career and my important relationships
- Overwhelmed from trying to take on too much
- Feeling stuck as a result of insecurities and self-doubt
I've designed an engaging workshop that will give you practical tools to better manage your stress. It's based on the belief that a certain amount of stress is actually healthy — in fact, it's necessary in order to experience meaningful growth in our lives.
Join me, and a small group of encouraging, like-minded people, as we shift our mindset on stress and learn simple practices that you can apply as soon as you leave the workshop.
Who is leading the workshop?
My name is Ed Blunderfield and I am the founder of Open Dialogue, a new service that blends human-led coaching with conversational A.I. to support people's personal growth.
I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Integral Coaching, and have a particular interest in stress and its effects on human development.
The practices that we will explore in this workshop integrate several modalities, including CBT, mindfulness, nonviolent communication and expressive writing.
My experience working in a high-stress management consulting firm led me to research and develop new tools to help address what is quickly becoming a global mental health crisis. I am passionate about working closely with people like you to help overcome challenges, build new capacities and access more of our innate gifts.
Each workshop participant will get a voucher for a free 90-minute private coaching session with me.
Who else will be attending?
I am limiting the number of seats to 15 people, and opening the workshop up to anyone who is interested in attending. I hope to welcome a diverse group across many dimensions. You don't have to be in a partiuclar line of work or life situation for this to be a powerful and positive experience!
FAQs
Will I have to share anything personal during the workshop?
No. Although there will be opportunities to participate by sharing your own perspective and experience (which can be helpful for you and the rest of the group) there is no obligation to do so!
Will there be food and drink at the workshop?
In order to maximize the short period of time we have together, we will not be providing food. We will have purified water available, though.
How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
You can contact me, Ed, directly at ed@opendialogue.ai — I look forward to connecting with you!
