Do I need to bring anything to class?

Please bring a mat, water bottle, sweat towel (if you so choose) and your willingness to work!

What should I wear?

Please dress in comfortable athletic clothing and athletic shoe wear. To maintain the integrity of the facilities being used, outdoor shoes are not permitted for use in the exercise areas.

Is there free parking?

Yes, parking at this location is free but limited. Please keep this in mind when travelling to class. Additional parking may be accessed in the plaza across the street from the studio.

Is this class just for women?

All classes are open to both men and women unless otherwise specified in the event title or description. Some women’s only classes will be offered on occasion or as demand requires.

How do I access the building?

Entrance to Synergy is on the southmost side of the building. You will see a ramp that leads to a door located on the south side of the building. Enter here to access the gym.
