Studio Practice with artist Jean Pederson is a new abbreviated version of her ongoing 4x4 Mentorship Program. Students will meet in-studio twice a year for 3 consecutive days to participate in group warm-ups and activities, continue to develop independent studio work, and meet in private one-on-one critiques and discussions with Jean Pederson.
The meetings will culminate in individualized at-home assignments to be completed by the next session to continue to strengthen your creative practice. This program provides accountability and requires a personal commitment to be present with your artwork, have an open mind and work hard to challenge preconceptions, and focus on building a flourishing practice.
